The concrete line pump consists of a diesel powered engine mounted on the back of a trailer or a truck. At the centre of a funnel is a large worm gear controlled by the engine while a long plastic or rubber tube is attached at the end of the worm gear. Using a cement mixer, cement is poured into the funnel while the worm gear pushes it down the tube to its intended destination.
Concrete line pumps are the most versatile concrete pumps with a small footprint and can be easily set up on almost any angle. They have multiple sized delivery lines that can be used to pump concrete into foundations and slabs as well as for filling cavity walls. Line pumps are often used in job sites that lack the room to set up concrete boom pumps.
